Ronald Petrucci

Ronald J. Petrucci, 68, a life long resident of Wakefield died on Monday, January 24 at the Sawtelle Family Hopice House in Reading.

Born in Medford on December 3, 1942 he was the son of the late Americo and Julia (Clemente) Petrucci.

Ronald was a graduate of Wakefield High School, Class of 1961. He was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam Era. Before his retirement in 1995 he had worked in the Parks Department for the Town of Winchester.

Ronald was a member of St. Joseph Church in Wakefield. He was an avid reader and loved politics and history.

He was the husband of Rebekah (Watson) Petrucci, father of R. Joseph Petrucci of Salem and Rondah-Lyn Petrucci of Dallas, TX and brother of Geraldine Sirois of Wakefield. He is also survived by his grandson Zachary Boyd.

His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Saturday at 9a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield at 10 oa�(TM)clock. A visitation period will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday 4-8 p.m.
