Rosaline McKenzie

Rosaline H. McKenzie, 89, died April 21 at Sunrise Senior Living in Burlington. She was the wife of the late Ralph W. McKenzie.

Born in Boston on June 13, 1920, she was the daughter of the late John and Rosetta (O'Hara) Blaney. She was the sister of the late Anne M. Abbott, Henry J. Blaney, Rita A. Sardella and Margaret T. Blaney. She was the cherished aunt of Janice Violette, Mark and Robert Sardella, David Sardella and his wife Anne, Daniel Sardella and his wife Roberta and the late Anne Joanne Borges. She is also survived by 11 great nieces and nephews.

Mrs. McKenzie had previously lived in Pompano Beach, Florida and Pocasset, Massachusetts. She worked for many years as a hostess at hotels and restaurants in Florida and New England. She spent many summers visiting with family in Wakefield.

A funeral mass will be celebrated in Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 1175 Main St., Wakefield on Friday at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends may call at McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., prior to the mass from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Interment will be at New Calvary Cemetery in Boston.
