Rose Cresta

Rose M . Cresta , 48, of Wakefield, formerly of Reading, died on Tuesday, September 16 at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

Born in Melrose on November 5, 1959, she was the daughter of Luca and Concetta (Raffaele) Cresta of Wakefield.

Ms. Cresta was a graduate of Wakefield High School Class of 1978. She had worked as a secretary in the accounting field and as a party planner for weddings and anniversaries.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Anthony Cresta and his wife Bonnie of Wakefield. She was also a loving aunt to her nephew Tyler and niece Sophia.

Relatives and friends may call at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday from 9 AM to 10:30 AM. A graveside service will follow at Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield at 11 AM.
