Salvatore E. LoGrasso

Salvatore E. LoGrasso, age 85 of Raymond, N.H., passed December 3, at home surrounded by his loving family. 

He was born in Melrose, MA on May 13, 1939, and was the son of the late Rosario and Carmela (Calderaro) LoGrasso. 

Sal was a graduate of Malden Trade, class of 1958, and worked for the Town of Lynnfield for many years. Salvatore had a wide variety of passions which include producing maple syrup, caring for lawns, motorcycles and splitting logs. Everything that he did was done with great effort and care. Perhaps one of his greatest attributes was when you met him you were never a stranger, his respectfulness and kindness were felt by all whom he met. 

Salvatore leaves behind his loving wife Carole (Lawson) LoGrasso of Raymond, N.H.; a son Christipher LoGrasso and his wife Kristine of Bridgewater, MA; four stepsons Gary Ducharme and wife Joanne of Cadillac, MI, Michael Ducharme of Woburn, MA, Christopher Carroll and wife Missy of Tewksbury, MA and Matthew Ducharme and wife Lana of Wilmington MA. Two grandchildren Elizabeth & Sarah LoGrasso; four step grandchildren Damion & Ryan Carroll and Logan and Connor Johnson. Sal was pre-deceased by his first wife Mary LoGrasso and a brother Frank LoGrasso. 

His Funeral Service will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Thursday December 12 at 12:00 p.m. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment following at Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield.
