Suteko Stockwell

Suteko Stockwell , 79, of Reading died at her home on Sunday July 27. Born in Goto Beppu, Japan on August 1, 1929 she was the daughter of the late Sadakichi and Satoo (Yasu) Yamamura.

Mrs. Stockwell was raised in Japan. She moved to the United States in 1953. She had been a resident of Reading since 1964. Mrs. Stockwell was a retired professor of Ikenobo which is the art of flower arrangements.

She was the wife of Frank L. Stockwell of Reading, mother of Mark Stockwell and his wife Deborah of Hope, ME and Beth Lynn Stockwell of Reading. Sister of Kazuki, Hisao and Haruto Yamamura, and aunt of Fusako Yamamura all of Beppu Oitaken, Japan. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Thursday at 11 A.M. Relatives and friends may call at the Funeral Home on Wednesday 4-7 PM.
