Teagan Carey Jennings

LYNNFIELD, MA - Teagan Carey Jennings passed away on February 16, 2024. She was four months old. Teagan was a smiling, sweet child, who was the light of everyone she met. In the past month, she attended the Lynnfield Children’s Center where she was quickly beloved by the school and its community. She is survived by her parents Ryan and Angela (Hopkins) Jennings, her sister Teresa “Tessa” Jennings, grandparents the Honorable Judge Joseph and Carla (Carey) Jennings, aunts, uncles and many cousins. Though Teagan may have only graced this world for a short time, she leaves behind a legacy of love that will forever remain in the hearts of her family and all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for her infectious giggle, bright smile, and the happiness she brought into the lives of those around her. 

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Saint Maria Goretti Church, 112 Chestnut St., Lynnfield, on Saturday, February 24 at 12pm. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the church on Friday, February 23 from 3-7pm. Her burial will be private. 

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Teagan’s memory by donating to Robert’s Program at Boston Children’s Hospital (online at bostonchildrens.org/RobertsProgramGiving or by check made out to Boston Children’s Hospital, including Teagan’s name and “to benefit Robert’s Program” in the memo line, mailed to Boston Children’s Hospital Trust, 401 Park Drive, Suite 602, Boston, MA 02215-5301).
