Theresa Barricelli

Theresa E . Barricelli ., 86, a life long resident of Wakefield died Wednesday, August 22, at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

Born in Wakefield on November 7, 1925 she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Carolina (Vitale) D'Alessandro.

Theresa was a graduate of Wakefield High School. She had worked with her late husband at Pat's Restaurant on Main St. in Wakefield. She was active in the St. Florence Church Ladies Sodality. In her spare time she enjoyed watching the Red Sox.

Mrs. Barricelli was the wife of the late Pasquale "Pat" Barricelli . She was the mother of Robert A. Barricelli and his wife Jacquelyn of Beverly and Patrice J. McDaniel and her husband Glen. She was the sister of Dante D'Alessandro of NH and the late Ollie, Arthur and Nello D'Alessandro. She was the grandmother of Jeffrey and Matthew Barricelli and Joseph and Lisa Tragno and the great grandmother of Ava & Katherine.

Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday beginning at 9 a.m. to be followed by a funeral mass in St. Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave, Wakefield at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN, 38105.
