Thomas Grady

Thomas P. Grady, 59, of Stoneham passed away at his home on Thursday Aug. 19.

Born in Somerville on Sept. 10, 1950, he was the son of the late John W. and Catherine (O'Connor) Grady.

Mr. Grady was a graduate of Stoneham High School, class of 1968. He had been a long time employee for the Postal Service having worked in both Stoneham and also from the South Postal Annex in South Boston. Thomas was a member of St. Patrick Parish in Stoneham and was also a member of both the Stoneham and Wilmington K of C.

Mr. Grady was the husband of Sandra R. (Fabbri) Grady. He was the father of Thomas Grady, of Lowell, William Grady and his wife Jane of Stoughton, and Pamela Almeida and her husband Anthony of Wilmington. Thomas was the brother of Annmarie Surette of Natick and the late John P. Grady. He was the grandfather of Devin, Kali, and Samantha. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

His funeral will be held from the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St. Stoneham on Wednesday at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. at 10 o'clock. Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4 – 8 p.m.
