Thomas Allard

Thomas Ray Allard , 59, of Wakefield died on Tuesday, November 9 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.

Born in Melrose on May 18, 1951 he was the son of the late Ray and Geraldine (Choate) Allard .

Thomas was a graduate of Wakefield High School, Class of 1969. He had attended Electrical School and was an electrician for Griffin Electric.

He was a longtime Wakefield resident and had also spent time in Texas and New Hampshire.

Thomas made everyone laugh with his witty jokes and will be greatly missed.

He was the devoted father of Christopher T. Allard of Concord, NH, and Katie R. Allard and her husband Mark Robitaille of Sanbornton, NH. He was the loving brother of Nancy Hedquist of Saugus, and Marie Hartshorne of Belmont, NH.

His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday at 10 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave. Wakefield at 11 o'clock. Visitation for family and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday 4-8pm. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
