Victoria Ciarlone

Victoria K. Ciarlone, 81, of Stoneham died on Wednesday September 30 at her residence.

Born in Boston on April 27, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Rose (Spinelli) Peluso.

Mrs. Ciarlone was raised in Dorchester and was a graduate of Dorchester High School. She had worked for John Hancock Insurance Company and Armour Food Company and had done some modeling in Boston in her early years. Mrs. Ciarlone had been a Stoneham resident for the past 50 years. She enjoyed cooking and baking and was devoted to her grandchildren. Her family is grateful to Hallmark VNA & Hospice and Brightstar Home Health Care.

Mrs. Ciarlone was the beloved wife of the late Frank Ciarlone. She is survived by her two daughters; Gina M. Tighe and her husband Steven of Salem, New Hampshire and Lisa A. Ciarlone-Wood and her husband John of Stoneham, her brother Geno F. Peluso of Reading and her five grandchildren; Jonathan, Anthony and Thomas Wood and Kimberly and Rachel Tighe. Mrs. Ciarlone was predeceased by her four sisters; Frances Bertucci, Marie Hunter, Sarah Alongi and Annie Harris and her four brothers; William Peluso, Joseph Peluso, James Peluso and Dominic Peluso.

Her funeral will be held from the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St., Stoneham on Tuesday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham at 10am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday from 4-7pm. Interment will be at St. Patrick Cemetery in Stoneham
