Vilda Sheehan

Vilda Sheehan of Lynnfield died on Tuesday, March 17 at the Sawtelle Family Hospice House in Reading.

Born in Cokeburg, PA on April 30, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Donato and Marian (Gentile) Santilli.

Mrs. Sheehan was a graduate of Everett High School, Class of 1942. She had been a Lynnfield resident for over 41 years.

Mrs. Sheehan was the wife of John J. Sheehan Jr. Mother of John J. Sheehan III and his wife Lucy Hutchinson of North Andover and David P. Sheehan and his partner Keith Garton of New York. She is allso survived by her two granddaughters, Kathryn G. and Elizabeth A. Sheehan .

Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Grove & Salem St. Lynnfield at 10 o'clock. Relatives and friends may call at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 4 to 8 P.M.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Sawtelle Family Hospice House, 320 Haverhill St., Reading, MA 01867
