William Carr, Jr.

William R . "Chickie" Carr , Jr ., 50, of Wakefield and formerly of Saugus, died Wednesday, August 21 at his home in Wakefield.

Born in Melrose on August 11, 1963 he was the son of the late William R . and Patricia E. (Gross) Carr .

Mr. Carr was raised in Saugus and had been a Wakefield resident for the last 15 years.

Mr. Carr was the fiancé of Annette Stanley. He was the father of Melissa and Rachel Carr both of Wakefield and was the step-father of Jayne Stanley of Wakefield. He was the brother of Steven Carr of Wakefield and Tonya SanClemente of East Falmouth. He was the grandfather of Lucas and Adrianna.

A funeral service will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Monday at 11am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 1-4pm. Interment, Lakeside Cemetery, Wakefield.
