Born in Everett on January 14, 1957 he was the son of the late John Patrick and Genevieve L. (Tobin) Yeo.
Bill was born and raised in Everett and was a graduate of the former Pope John High School. He had been employed by Petro Fuel Company of Chelsea for 42 years. Together with his wife, Bill lived in Saugus before making the family home in Lynnfield. He was the ultimate family man- he loved his family more than anything and enjoyed every minute he spent with them. Bill loved being involved in his children's lives and never missed an event or milestone. Most recently, he enjoyed his role of "Papa" to his grandchildren whom he lovingly referred to as his "little cherubs." He was the centerpiece of all family gatherings and always enjoyed every family trip, holiday, and most especially every Thanksgiving celebration. He was an avid golfer and with his golf buddies, golfed all over at courses around the country. He also loved waterskiing, snow skiing, and boating, and just about any outdoor activity.
He was the beloved husband of Cynthia A. (Bougoulas) Yeo, with whom he shared 38 wonderful years of marriage. He was the loving father of Melissa A. Blair and her husband Bryan of North Reading and Jonathan W. Yeo of Lynnfield. He was the adoring grandfather of Landon William and Charlotte Ann Blair and looked forward to meeting his next grandchild next month. He was the brother of Eileen Tesone and her husband Paul of Swampscott, John Yeo Jr. and his wife Donna of Everett, and Deborah Cipriani and her husband Daniel of Haverhill. Bill is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family, and golf buddies.
